Gratitude in Hard Times Audio Meditation
In a time when we are focused on everything that is being taken away from us, I’d like to bring our attention and intention to the things that we do have in our lives. By anchoring in gratitude we give ourselves the opportunity to appreciate all that we have and all that we are receiving. Gratitude helps us to connect to the true goodness in our lives, it helps us connect to something greater than ourselves, be it other people, nature, or a higher power. It helps us feel more positive emotions, embrace good experiences…. Gratitude improves our health, builds stronger relationships and helps us deal better with adversity and misfortune. I have created a bonus meditation this month to allow gratitude an opportunity to come up naturally by opening up to it and surrendering into it. It is meaningful for all ages so I'd be honored if you'd share it with your children.
